THE CURE FOR PESKY COLDS AND FLU

With the weather fluctuating like Mariah Carey’s weight, its hard for most of us to fight off allergy flares or (even worse) the flu bug. Here’s a healing recipes to soothe your itchy throat and calm those obnoxious dry coughs. I recommend drinking this during the evening, followed by 1-2 glasses of water. Cheers!

Hot Toddy Mimosa

Ingredients:

6 oz hot water

 2 oz choice of whiskey

Juice from ½ orange

Juice from ½ lemon

1 tsp Tumeric

1 tsp Cinnamon

 1 tea bag (optional)

Recipe: Add the first five ingredients. If you’re using a tea bag, steep for 5 minutes. Stir. Enjoy
