TIPS FOR A HAPPIER AND SWEETER V

With sooooo many delicious vegetables, fish and steaks to choose from these days, you may have to ask yourself. What should I eat for a sweeter vagina or what should i eat to maintain a balanced PH? After consulting with my OBGYN, here was my strategy for a healthy V, that actually works. Allow me to break it down.

  1. Eat Greek Yogurt multiple times a week.

  2. Swap 90% of your snacks for Sweet Fruit, Smoothies or Cold Pressed Juice.

  3. Drink plenty of water

  4. Moisturize your V weekly with Coconut Oil.

  5. Use the restroom after sex

  6. Wear cotton pants

  7. Wear looser jeans

  8. Cut back on Red meats
